Reset your body, calm your mind and begin your weekend with intention. This Gentle, all levels class combines mindful movement, stretching, breathwork and relaxation to help you release tension, improve mobility and leave feeling refreshed, balanced and renewed.

Registration for this class includes one free session during Active Aging Week, October 5-11.
