Description

This is a safe alternative for participants who have some limitations with a regular yoga class. In this class, you will work on strength, endurance, balance and flexibility while seated in a chair or performing some postures with the help of a chair. You will be guided through calming, centering breathing techniques, finishing with relaxation and grounding.
