Description

Swim with me lessons provide an opportunity for parents and caregivers to join in the fundamental learn to swim skills and assist in the lessons to build confidence in and around the water.

Swimmers will practice jumping into the water with and without a PFD. They will learn how to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. Floats, glides and kicking skills are introduced. No swimming experience required for caregivers or children. Registration required for child only.
