Description

Delivered in easy-to-follow steps with practical hands-on practice, this one-day course is designed to provide participants with the skills to help save a life when seconds count. Training includes home hazards, accident prevention, CPR, first aid skills for common emergencies and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Retraining is recommended every three years. Digital course manual will be included.
