Description

Looking to improve your swimming skills so you are better at water sports or ready for aquatic leadership training. You’ll practice different swim strokes, learn to dive and sharpen your water safety skills, all while getting stronger and more fit. It's great for anyone who can already swim the length of the pool or has experience in Swimmer 5 or higher.
