Description

Swimmer 7 teaches swimmers first aid and introduces rescue skills. They'll build on their individual fitness to meet a timed 100 m swim and a 350 m workout. Strokes, ready position and feet/head-first surface dives will continue to improve. First aids skills include conducting a primary assessment on a conscious person, treatment for bleeding and calling EMS. Prerequisite: Completion of Swimmer 6.
