Description

Swimmer 6 teaches swimmers deep water skills including stride entries and compact jumps. They'll build on their eggbeater and scissor kick skills. Breaststroke, front crawl and back crawl will continue to improve. Head-up swims, interval training, and a 300 m workout challenges swimmers. Prerequisite: Completion of Swimmer 5.
