Description

Swimmer 5 teaches swimmers master dives and deep water swimming. They'll build on their Swim to Survive™ skills and start to develop the eggbeater kick. Breaststroke, front crawl and back crawl will continue to improve. Interval training and sprinting drills are used to develop fitness. Prerequisite: Completion of Swimmer 4.
