The focus is ensuring you move with precision, maximizing the benefits of every exercise to improve your strength, endurance, posture, balance and flexibility. Classes begin with no-impact cardio and as you master the basics more complex movements are layered in.


Please come prepared with comfortable athletic gear, supportive footwear, a mat, water and light free weights.
