Description
The Leaders In Training (LIT) program provides youth the opportunity to learn, develop and practice leadership skills with our dynamic leaders and mentors. Youth attend three days of training sessions that build skills in group management, teamwork, safety and how to lead games and activities. A recognition certificate and letter will be given to each LIT after the completion of 40 volunteer hours in an RDN summer camp and/or events. Youth who are completing Grade 8 in June 2026 and are turning 14 years old this calendar year are welcome to register.
