Description

The Leaders In Training (LIT) program provides youth the opportunity to learn, develop and practice leadership skills with our dynamic leaders and mentors. Youth attend a variety of training sessions that build skills in group management, teamwork, safety and how to lead games and activities. A recognition certificate and letter will be given to each LIT after the completion of 40 volunteer hours in an RDN summer camp and/or events. Youth who are completing Grade 8 in June 2026 and are turning 14 years old this calendar year are welcome to register.
