Description

Rookie Patrol swimmers continue developing front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke skills. Fitness levels will be challenged with a timed 100m swim and 350m workout. Swimming with clothes on, ready position, and feet-first/head-first surface dives are practiced. First aid skills are also introduced.
