Join other families for active fun at your local outdoor basketball court. An RDN leader will introduce basic basketball skills and share easy‑to‑play basketball games. No previous basketball experience is needed—this program focuses on participation rather than competition. Each family will receive a basketball to take home. Recommended for families with children eight years and older.
