The sequence blends mindful mobility exercises with soothing stretches to release tension, improve joint function and enhance overall flexibility. Using controlled movements and deep, steady breathing, this class helps build a strong foundation for daily activities while leaving students feeling refreshed, relaxed and more connected to their bodies.
