Join for a safe, fun, full body workout that will include cardio, postural alignment, balance, strength training and stretch work. While we are standing, chairs may be used for additional safety and/or used for assistance on/off mats. Participants should be able to stand for about 40-45 minutes and go down onto a mat for a portion of this class. Please bring a mat and a set of weights appropriate for you.
