Description

Ranger Patrol swimmers continue to improve their strokes, fitness and lifesaving skills. Fitness levels are increased through an introduction to water sports and a 200m timed swim. Lifesaving skills included in this level are non-contact rescues, stride entries and eggbeater kick.
