Description
The classical form of yoga, Hatha is about finding balance between mind and body by linking breathe to movement. Gently flowing sequences of asana's (posture) are used to build strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and focus. Proper alignment and posture improvement will also be explored. This class builds a foundation for beginners and a great option for continuing practitioners looking for a slower pace. Variations and modifications will be offered. Please bring a mat, strap and blocks.
