Description
This group fitness class consists of 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of light weights for upper and lower body work plus 20 minutes of abs and core work. This dynamic 60 minute workout is led by the very popular Luis who will be sure to get you moving to your maximum potential. Please come prepared to sweat and bring a yoga mat and a set of two-five pound weights.
