Description
Experience the joy of movement through dance, music, and play. This program aims to develop the child's creative process using movement, song, props, rhythm, and imagery while improving their self discipline, musicality, concentration, posture and placement. This class will introduce basic dance steps, developing Physical literacy skills such as balance and co-ordination as they increase their movement vocabulary. Please note that this is a parent independent program. Lightweight indoor running shoes or ballet/jazz/gymnastic shoes are required. Please wear clothing that is easy to move in (play clothes/active wear).
