Description

Train like a boxer with this high-energy workout combining boxing fundamentals, strength training and cardio. Improve endurance, coordination and confidence while learning stance, footwork, defense and punch combinations. Each session includes a warm up, technical drills and strength exercises to boost power and agility. No sparring and no contact permitted.
