Description

This program is designed for girl participants with a woman instructor. The pool area and viewing areas will be restricted to women/girls only (except in an emergency). Men/ boys have access to common areas hallways and office areas. These beginners will become comfortable jumping into water with and without a lifejacket. They'll learn to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. They'll work on floats on their front and back, glides and kicking through the water on their front, back and side. Recommended: non-swimmer or completed Swim For Life Preschool A, B, C, D or repeating Swim For Life 1. Class Length: 30 min.
