Swim For Life Preschool C For Girls

This program is designed for girl participants with a woman instructor. The pool area and viewing areas will be restricted to women/girls only (except in an emergency). Men/ boys have access to common areas hallways and office areas. These youngsters will try both jumping and a sideways entry into deep water while wearing a lifejacket. They'll recover objects from the bottom in waist-deep water. They'll work on floating, kicking and gliding through the water on their front and back. Recommended completed Preschool B. Class Length: 30 min.
