Description
Sensory Friendly swim is an unstructured recreational swim for all ages. This program would benefit those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, or those with medical need. No diagnosis is required. We offer no music or whistles (unless essential) and quiet changerooms. If necessary, participants should wear proper swim diapers or a garment that restricts leakage around the waist and legs. Please refer to the swim admission standards to help you have a safe and positive swim experience. We encourage swimmers to be accompanied in the water by a caregiver where appropriate.
