Description

Ai Chi is a gentle group exercise program in warm, chest-deep water. It is based on a series of 19 flowing movement patterns similar to Tai Chi. The class begins with breathing exercises and progresses by adding upper body movements, trunk stability challenges and lower body movements. It is designed to increase range of motion and over all mobility while promoting relaxation and a healthy mind-body relationship. Excellent program for those with Fibromyalgia.
