Description

Service Canada representative will issue and renew Social Insurance Numbers (SINs). All applicants must bring two pieces of identification.

Primary Identity Document which includes but not limited to Canadian Birth Certificate, Canadian Citizenship, PR Card, Work Permit, Study Permit.

Secondary Identity Document which includes but not limited to Driver's License, Health Card, Passport (Canadian or foreign).
