Description
This program is designed for women/girl participants with a woman instructor. The pool area and viewing areas will be restricted to women/girls only (except in an emergency). Men/ boys have access to common areas hallways and office areas. You'll learn eggbeater, stride entries and compact jumps. You'll be doing a 300 m workout and sprinting 25-50 m. You'll master your front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Class Length: 45 min.
