A full body conditioning class that focuses on abdominal/core stability while providing a mind-body workout. Emphasis is placed on the breath, body alignment, control and form to aid in improved posture and mobility. With the assistance of blocks, straps and chairs, students are encouraged to work in their own range of abilities.
