Description

Water running is a program designed to strengthen and improve your running technique. This aerobic workout is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great cross training opportunity for all distance runners. Class held in deep water using buoyant floatation belts. Participants must be comfortable in deep water. Prerequisite: Must be able to swim 25m and be comfortable in deep water.
