Description
You'll learn eggbeater, stride entries and compact jumps. You'll be doing a 300 m workout and sprinting 25-50 m. You'll master your front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Class Length: 45 min. Please note: Due to a revised safety standard, the diving skills in Learn to Swim levels 5 and higher will not be taught at the Frank McKechnie, River Grove, and South Common pools.
