Description
This program is taught at a 3 to 1 ratio. These beginners will become comfortable jumping into water with and without a lifejacket. They'll learn to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. They'll work on floats on their front and back, glides and kicking through the water on their front, back and side. Recommended: non-swimmer or completed Swim For Life Preschool A, B, C, D or repeating Swim For Life 1. Class Length: 30 min.
