Description
This program is designed for girl participants with a woman instructor. The pool area and viewing areas will be restricted to women/girls only (except in an emergency). Men/ boys have access to common areas hallways and office areas. This program is taught at a 3 to 1 ratio. You'll work on front and back floats and glides and flutter kick on your front, side and back. You'll learn breath control and jump into chest-deep water and tread water wearing a Personal Flotation Device. You'll improve your fitness and your kick with 2 x 9-12 m interval training. Class Length: 30 min.
