Description
Kick it up a notch working on front crawl and back crawl and kicking in 25 m swims and interval training workouts. You'll learn how to swim underwater and how to do breaststroke arms and breathing over 10-15 m. You'll be supporting yourself at the surface for up to one min. Show off with cannonball and front roll entries into deep water and handstands in shallow water. Class Length: 45 min. Please note: Due to a revised safety standard, the diving skills in Learn to Swim levels 5 and higher will not be taught at the Frank McKechnie, River Grove, and South Common pools.
