Description

A fast-paced skate session using the entire ice surface incorporating skating skill drills with music and light hand weights. Figure Skater leads this session. Participants must be competent in forward and backward skating and be able to turn comfortably from forward and backward with speed. Participant can wear hockey or figure skates to participate. A fun and great workout on ice!
