Family Swim Lessons (Int)

Start learning to swim as a family - children and adults welcome! Based on the Swim for Life 4-8 criteria; entries into deep water, treading water and completing endurance and interval swims. They will work on increasing their efficiency and distance in Front Crawl, Back Crawl and Breast Stroke. Each participant must register. Class length: 45 minutes. Please note: Due to a revised safety standard, the diving skills in Learn to Swim levels 5 and higher will not be taught at the Frank McKechnie, River Grove, and South Common pools beginning with the Fall 2017 session.
