Swim For Life 1-3 Adapted

Swim For Life Adapted is for swimmers with disabilities and uses the progressions from Swim For Life program. The performance criteria for each level have been broken down into smaller, more manageable steps (progressions) to create a positive learning environment and make the success of each swimmer more achievable. The steps have been created to progress swimmers with disabilities slowly and at their own rate. A support person will be required to be in the water for each participant.
