Description

This class is for those who are new to the sport. Tae Kwon Do, also known as the way of the 'foot and hand' is based on the ancient Korean methods of self- defense. Kicking, hand techniques and flexibility are key skills for this martial art. Participants should wear comfortable long pants and long sleeved shirt.
