Description

This small group session of three to six people will use Pilates reformers to focus on slow and controlled body conditioning while targeting the core`s deep abdominal and postural muscles. Improve flexibility, build strength, endurance and the mind-body connection. Create your own group or join an existing one. Experience with Pilates strongly recommended.
