Description
A unique and immersive full body work out on an Aqua Mat (similar to Stand-Up Paddleboard) that combines the calming benefits of yoga with the peaceful environment of being on the water. A great way to enhance strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness with sitting or kneeling yoga poses on a floating matt. Practicing yoga on a moving surface engages muscles which wouldn’t otherwise be used on land.
Individuals MUST be able to swim in chest-deep water in the event of an unexpected fall and to get on/off the Aqua Matt.
