Hot Glass Level 1 (18+)

This hands-on class introduces the art of glassblowing to the beginner. Learn skills and techniques for gathering and shaping molten hot glass into a variety of forms. Projects focus on building strong fundamentals in shaping glass and adding colour. Make pieces like paperweights, cups, or bowls. Note: High temperature environment; lifting and standing required. There is a maximum of 3 pieces per class and/or maximum of 4.5 lbs per project. Final artworks will be available for pick-up 2-3 weeks of after the last class.
