Description

This multi-purpose activity offers a variety of skills with a focus on balance, strength and flexibility. Providing options/modifications for sitting, supported standing and free standing with a focus on Fall Prevention and Functional Movements. The class is progressive to accommodate different levels and abilities. This class is done in a circuit format.
