Description

This program teaches basic swimming skills. This course is designed to develop or increase comfort in the water through basic flotation, movement and breathing skills to foster basic knowledge, skills and attitudes you need to stay safe in, on, and around water. An introduction to swimming with a focus on rhythmic breathing, front swim, developing comfort on front and back.
