This level focusses on streamlined movement and side breathing. Skills include glides with kicks, and a focus on side glides and rolls. Skill benchmarks are: side-roll-side with kick 10m, 30 second treading water and a 25m distance swim. Jumpstart and Fair Entry are now available with online registration. NOTE: Only one subsidy may be applied per class.
