Movers & Groovers

Designed for children ages 2–4, Movers & Groovers is a playful step up from Sensory Play, focusing on gross motor movement and physical literacy. Through guided activities, obstacle courses, music, and free movement, children will practice skills like running, jumping, balancing, throwing, and climbing in a fun, supportive environment. This program fosters confidence, coordination, and a love of movement, allowing kids to explore at their own pace. Parent or guardian participation and supervision are required, with an instructor on-site to lead activities and support learning through play.
