I acknowledge that I may be photographed, videotaped or recorded during this event. Photographs and video will be taken at this public event.
1. Bring a filled water bottle, indoor athletic shoes and wear athletic attire. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in studio or fitness spaces. *typically sock feet are worn in Barre athletic shoes are welcome
2. Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time to get set up.
All equipment must be wiped down after use with the wipes provided.
3. All group fitness classes are scent free. Please refrain from wearing scented products when participating in classes.
4.Please bring your own mat, block & strap to yoga or stretch practice.
5. No entry to group fitness classes 5 minutes after start time.
6. TRY IT classes - I acknowledge that I may be photographed, videotaped or recorded during this event. Photographs and video will be taken at this public event.
The registration fee will be donated to the City of Markham's United Way campaign supporting programs in your community.
