Description
This division is part of the High-Performance levels in the Lifesaving Club of Markham. This group consists of athletes 12 and over that are training to attain a high placing at Provincial level Championships.
Athletes at this level participate in extremely demanding swim practices working on perfecting Swim technique while improving endurance, speed and race strategy. Athletes participating in this group display a high level of commitment, discipline and motivation to excel at Lifesaving Sport.
All athletes at this level must train at a minimum of 2 practices a week.
Eligibility for this division is determined by the Head Coach through a display of dedication and performance in both meeting required time standards and previous competitions.
