Learn eggbeater, stride entries and compact jumps. Do a 300-metre workout and sprint 25-50 meters. Master your front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Prerequisite: Completed Teen 2. Preteen / Teen 3; Small Group: four participants to one instructor.
