Description
This course is designed to train potential staff to become trained as camp counsellors and programs instructors. This program includes Principles of Healthy Child Development - HIGH FIVE, Standard First Aid with CPR C and the training tools you will need to lead participants in a camp setting. This course will include 8 hours of placement to gain the experience needed to lead a program. Participants will be ready to apply for a camp or program instructor position at the end of this course. 100% participation is required. Age requirement 15 years to participate in the course. Note that participants must be 16 prior to employment.
