Description

These youngsters get more adventuresome with a forward roll entry wearing a personal flotation device and holding their breath underwater for up to 10 seconds. They work on longer front and back crawl swims, do interval training and start whip kick. Prerequisites: 3-5 years old and completed Preschool 4.
