Description
The workshop will be presented by a Certified Diabetes Educator dietitian and nurse. They will discuss the factors that impact cardiovascular health, including risk factor, cholesterol & blood pressure targets, dietary & lifestyle measure to reduce and manage cholesterol.
This workshop is presented by the staff of Markham Stouffville Hospital‘s Adult Diabetes Education Centre.
