This program invites you to strengthen your connection with your baby through soothing movement, nurturing touch, and mindful relaxation. Parent-Baby Yoga series is designed for infants 0 to 12 months and their caregivers. This class can support physical development, better sleep, digestion, and emotional well-being while offering parents a chance to rejuvenate, reduce stress, and build community. It's a great way to connect with other families and educators.
