Description

This Pre-LCM level is for athletes ages 11 and Under who are still working on learning and developing good technique for all strokes. Practices will focus on learning and building proper mechanics of competitive swim strokes with emphasis on technique and efficiency. Participants will participate in challenging drills and workouts to build speed endurance in their swimming. Pre-LCM will also introduce some streamline, starts and turn skills along with an introduction to Lifesaving Sport.
